Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Safe2gether, you agree to these terms.

Safety and emergencies

Safe2gether helps people communicate and coordinate, but it is not an emergency-response provider and does not guarantee that another user or an emergency service will receive or respond to a request. If you are in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service directly whenever possible.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use Safe2gether to threaten, harass, deceive, impersonate, exploit, or endanger others; submit false emergency reports; violate privacy; distribute unlawful or harmful content; interfere with the service; or access accounts or data without permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Safe2gether permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You must have the right to share your content.

Connections, ratings, and guarding

User profiles, ratings, availability, and guarding features are community signals, not guarantees of identity, character, availability, or safety. Use reasonable judgement before meeting, relying on, or sharing location with another person.

Service availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn, and network, device, location, or third-party failures may affect operation.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using Safe2gether and request account deletion at any time.
